Statistiche di visita
Uso Vercel Web Analytics, uno strumento senza cookie: non installa nulla sul tuo browser e non crea un identificativo che ti segue nel tempo. Registra in forma aggregata la pagina visitata, il sito da cui arrivi, il paese, il tipo di dispositivo e il browser.
Base giuridica: legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f GDPR) -- capire quali contenuti funzionano.
Conservazione: i dati restano su Vercel per 1 mese. Una volta al mese ne salvo un riepilogo aggregato (es. «1.240 pagine viste, top 3 pagine»), che non contiene dati personali e conservo senza scadenza.
Log tecnici dell'hosting
Il sito è ospitato su Vercel, che per consegnarti le pagine e proteggersi da abusi tratta temporaneamente il tuo indirizzo IP. È il funzionamento normale di qualsiasi server web.

Le email che mi scrivi
Sul sito non ci sono moduli di contatto: trovi solo indirizzi email. Se decidi di scrivermi, tratterò quello che mi mandi per risponderti, e la tua email resterà nella mia casella Gmail.
Base giuridica: riscontro a una tua richiesta (art. 6.1.b/f GDPR).
Conservazione: finché serve alla conversazione -- puoi chiedermi di cancellare tutto quando vuoi.
Cookie e memoria del browser
Il sito non installa cookie propri. Usa una sola voce di memoria locale nel tuo browser:
site-lang -- ricorda se hai scelto italiano o inglese, così non devi rifarlo a ogni pagina. È una preferenza tecnica che hai impostato tu, resta solo nel tuo browser e non viene mai inviata da nessuna parte. Sparisce se cancelli i dati del sito.
Il player SoundCloud (pagina Musica)
Nella pagina Musica c'è un player con tutti i brani. Non si carica da solo: al suo posto vedi un pannello, e finché non lo clicchi non parte nessuna richiesta verso SoundCloud e nessun dato tuo esce da questo sito.
Se lo carichi, SoundCloud (SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG, Berlino) diventa titolare autonomo per quello che fa e può scrivere cookie propri sul tuo browser, tra cui sc_anonymous_id (un identificativo anonimo con durata pluriennale) e datadome (protezione anti-bot). Il clic vale come consenso; puoi revocarlo cancellando i cookie dal browser.

Chi altro vede i dati
Non cedo né vendo dati a nessuno. Li tratta solo chi mi fornisce gli strumenti tecnici per far funzionare il sito:
- Vercel Inc. -- hosting e statistiche (informativa)
- Cloudflare -- registrazione del dominio e DNS
- Google (Gmail) -- posta elettronica, se mi scrivi
- SoundCloud -- solo se carichi il player, come spiegato sopra
Alcuni di questi fornitori hanno sede fuori dall'Unione Europea. Il trasferimento avviene sulla base delle garanzie previste dal Capo V del GDPR (clausole contrattuali standard e/o EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Short version
This site sets no cookies of its own, does not profile you, and sells nothing to anyone. It collects some anonymous, aggregated statistics to see which content gets read -- that's it.
The one exception is the SoundCloud player on the Music page, which loads only if you click it. Details below.

What I collect
Visit statistics
I use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless tool: it installs nothing in your browser and creates no identifier that follows you over time. It records, in aggregate, the page visited, where you came from, country, device type and browser.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) -- understanding which content works.
Retention: data stays on Vercel for 1 month. Once a month I save an aggregated summary (e.g. “1,240 page views, top 3 pages”), which contains no personal data and is kept indefinitely.
Hosting logs
The site runs on Vercel, which temporarily processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect against abuse. This is how any web server works.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) -- security and service operation.
Emails you send me
There are no contact forms on this site, only email addresses. If you write to me, I'll process what you send in order to reply, and your email will sit in my Gmail inbox.
Legal basis: responding to your request (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).
Retention: as long as the conversation needs it -- you can ask me to delete everything at any time.
Cookies and browser storage
The site sets no cookies of its own. It uses a single local storage entry in your browser:
site-lang -- remembers whether you picked Italian or English, so you don't have to choose again on every page. It's a technical preference you set yourself, it stays in your browser and is never sent anywhere. It disappears if you clear the site's data.
The SoundCloud player (Music page)
The Music page has a player with all the tracks. It does not load on its own: you see a panel instead, and until you click it no request goes to SoundCloud and none of your data leaves this site.
If you do load it, SoundCloud (SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG, Berlin) becomes an independent controller for what it does, and may set its own cookies in your browser -- including sc_anonymous_id (an anonymous identifier lasting several years) and datadome (bot protection). The click counts as consent; you can withdraw it by clearing cookies in your browser.

Who else sees the data
I don't share or sell data to anyone. It's handled only by the providers of the technical tools that keep the site running:
- Vercel Inc. -- hosting and analytics (privacy policy)
- Cloudflare -- domain registration and DNS
- Google (Gmail) -- email, if you write to me
- SoundCloud -- only if you load the player, as explained above
Some of these providers are based outside the European Union. Transfers rely on the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
What I do NOT do

- No marketing or ad-tracking cookies
- No selling or sharing of data with third parties
- No automated decision-making about you
Your rights
At any time you can ask me to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to processing, or receive it in a readable format (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). An email to the address above is enough -- I answer personally.
